I've lost 3 lbs in a year .. wow !! Haha shows how dedicated I've been. But hey ive been exercising a lot more and eating healthier foods every day. Im making a bigger commitment to dropping the last 8lbs and keeping them off starting today!

3 lbs lost is better than 3 lbs gained.
Tomorrow is fresh with no mistakes in it.

Atkins talk
Are you eating enough fat and protein? Protein: 4-6 oz per meal Fat: 1-2 tblsp per meal Plus snacks. If you do that, your hunger should abate. Are is it cravings instead? HTH
