Im 80 kilos and looking to lose 20 if anyone wants to partner up for motivation, suggestions/recommendations and basic progress on this weight loss journey!Smile esp motivation and tips for exercising!

I dont know much about Kilos, but I weigh 123 pounds and wish to lose 13 (Putting me at 110)

I am in oz, & am 97kilos wanting to get down to 60 I know it going to take me a bit of time, & I am new to all of this, been on here for a few weeks trying to get a feel for it all.. if you are interested in being a buddy let me know Smile

I am also open and looking for buddies to share motivation, tips, support, high fives, and communication about our progress, success, failures and the journey.

I am 48, 5'5' and weigh 172 (down from 177 in two weeks)
Goal weight is 135, 37 pounds to go.

I am motivated and am trying new things every day to increase my weight loss and health.

Looking forward to being the best shape I have been in - in my life.
