Definition of Candy Plz??

hiya im new to this site and joined my first challenge which is the 5 Days Without Chips/Soda & Candy which starts on Sunday.....i understand what the first 2 means but not sure about the *Candy* category.....to me its hard lollies but Candy is an American term and im Australian i just want to make sure what i SHOULDNT be eating plz???

Hi I'm in England and I think candy is sweets of any form, I could be wrong but that would be my guess!
Welcome to the site I've only been here a few weeks myself and finding it really helpful!

Gimmies, licorice, chocolate, ice cream, lollipops, etc. Essentially evertything that comes in a wrapper or bag and has sugar. Smile
