Getting off to a good start

I started back on atkins thursday today is my 4th day and I have lost 4.8 pounds! So far so good! Last time I was on atkins I seem to eat just chicken and fell off mainly because I got used to eating the same thing over and over. This time I am trying to mix it up. Last night I had bratwurst and tonight cornbeef and cabbage! I'm still having problems keeping my artificial intake down but I am trying. I have cut out almost all my diet soda. I have gone from drinking 4 to 6 sodas a day to just 1 or 2 a week.

How Do I Track Net Carbs?
Can someone please explain to me what I need to do in order to be able to track net carbs with the Fatsecret app? I'm brand new to the app/site and trying to do the Atkins Diet.

Lovely feeling, sometimes inch loss is much better than what the scales say, as they are so many variables that affect weight :)
