Cabbage, hamburger, bacon casserole in the toast oven.
Yummo
Nothing special - I just shred red cabbage, add cooked hamburger, some mushrooms, broccoli, cheddar (the cheddar is later before its done Slow cook 325* for 2 hours. I drizzle either olive oil and seasonings on top or use my own marinade of Salamida's Lemon Pepper and Newmans Own Italian Family dressing - it came out awesome! Measure out 1.5 cups - 1 cup plus about 3-6 oz hamburger (after cooked for a big yummy) Depending on how hungry you are.Bad Grin

I am a casserole lover so I throw stuff together and cook it!
Summer - zuchinni and yellow squash layered with cheese and tomatoes onions and no sugar sause for a great meal. Always use seasonings to taste. I love garlic. Olive oil wont hurt ya and can actually be a healthy benefit.

Hi - I like cabbage, hamburger and bacon - would love to know how you make the casserole, and what the nutrition info for the recipe is - if you have it already figured out. Thank you!! -Robin

Hey guys -- google "Linda's Low Carb Menu's and Recipes". She's got tons of great recipes and even menues. She even breaks down recipes that are ok for Induction. I know there is a Cabbage, Hamburger and Bacon.
Nothing taste as good as strong and healthy feels !
