Well hello all. I am new to thiw site and I am very excited to be on here. hopefully this will be the motivation I need to get to the weight i want to be. so day 1 of healthy eating and lots of exercise! 14lbs to lose.........wish me luck.

sticking to a plan
I think and am living this. You need to a WOR plan that fits your life and exercise that also fits your life. If it doesn't fit your life you won't stick with it.
