Once a week! ^.^ It's easier to remember, less fear of staying the same weight or not waiting long enough for the difference! Although the difference is already there on my face when I look in the mirror. Smiling.

I personally find that a week can be too long, but daily is way too often. I check mine every four days. It's different. But I find that I don't relax on my diet as often, but I am not depressed if it's not the number I want.

Most mornings after getting up before the shower but I usually only officially 'weigh in' every other week.
I feel trim and terrific - well I will eventually!

I used to do it everyday & it didn't work for me! I'm now trying to only weigh myself once or twice a week!

I skip the occasional day but for the most part I still weigh in every morning. I'm obsessed. And it keeps me in line.

I weigh myself every morning. It helps me "tow the line" and stay accountable to myself.

I try to weigh daily even though I know those frustrating fluctuations will be there. I skip one or two days a week for whatever reason. My "official" weight is the average of the previous week's weights. I find that by using that average it helps to see the REAL trend rather than the flukes.

I found this program for my android phone helped me with fluctuations and averages.

Just about every day of my life, in the same condition: morning, buck naked, after the bathroom..... If I wait until I can feel a change in my clothes, it's already way too late. For me, it should be within a pound or so of the previous day, if it's not, I need to make an adjustment today, and maybe tomorrow, not start a week from now. I never weigh myself at night, or dressed....Using the same condition keeps me on track, without torturing myself seeing inaccurate higher numbers.

I weigh daily, first thing in the morning, out of habit. If I gain, I look back at the past few days to see what the cause might be.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer to exercise in the morning too. Partly because by the time evening rolls around, I'm worn out (two toddlers will do that to you) and partly because I just know me. If I get up at 5:30am, ...
