Just started 10 minute trainer and man did it kick my butt! I didn't realize what poor shape I am in but I hope this is enough to kick start my weight loss. I've been hibernating all winter and beach season is too close to keep packing on the pounds. Has anyone else done TMT and if so what were your results?

As I've just read of this I haven't but I'm totally sure I'd be begging myself to stop. I'm so out of shape... I'll post about it when I try it! >.<

Keep going! Smile

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I think becoming obsessed with weighing in on a daily basis is super unhealthy. Your body weight naturally fluctuates and you will easily get discouraged. I weigh myself once a week.
