10 minute trainer anyone???

Just started 10 minute trainer and man did it kick my butt! I didn't realize what poor shape I am in but I hope this is enough to kick start my weight loss. I've been hibernating all winter and beach season is too close to keep packing on the pounds. Has anyone else done TMT and if so what were your results?

That is what I do...10 min workouts I find on You tube...I have done up to thirty mins in the morning and about 20 mins at night Smile Keep it up, it will get better.
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs

chair work out
Some of the exercises my Move App has me do at work are seated. I'm in decent shape and some are pretty challenging! Definitely good stuff!! :)

I bought my mom 5 Leslie Sansone workouts and she loss 20lbs. I enjoy her workouts as well. She kept me from gaining too much during my pregnancies.
