I notice that although the daily diary showsnet carbs the detail with monthly totals and averages only shows actual carbs. Can this be changed to show net? I am alwys aiming for my net figure to be below 50gms and it has taken me a few months to realise that the reason I am not achieving this target is cos' of the above!!!

If not possible to change at present, how do I ask the fat secret site administrators to add this facility?

The monthly totals should also show fiber so it shouldn't be a big deal for you to do the math yourself.

I noticed the same thing, on the view where you see all the days, it's total carbs, you have go in day by day to see the net carbs. I can "do the math" but it is a pain that in a glance you can't see net carbs. There is a contact link at the bottom of the page, you can make a suggestion.

You will see: edit preference
Click on it and it takes you to the page to do the changes

I did that and can see each day my net carbs when I view one day at a time, I'm talking about the screen which shows a running total day by day. That shows only the total carbs, not net.

Yes I too can do the maths!!! But then I could do all the maths and set up my own spreadsheet!! The whole point of this (excellent) site is that the work has all been done for you - allowing you to get on with controlling your dite and exercise. I'll try the 'suggestions' link. The Beck Diet Solution
Has anyone followed this plan? I have the kindle version and am reading it and preparing to start shorty. Would be interested in finding someone else who is doing it too. Did it work for you?
