Started my herbalife Monday evening, have had massive headaches and cant sleep at night. So far i'm weighing as the same as the day i started, I know its only been a couple days. Just want this to work for me. Doubt

That doesn't surprise me. Some Herbalife products have caffeine. We all know that caffeine can keep you awake. It also raises your blood pressure, which causes headaches. Herbalife product also contain sucralose, whic also can cause headaches.

It took me awhile to notice a weight difference. You will more than likely notice a difference in inches before weight...I go to the gym 3 times a week so my trainer said that it would take a little while to notice because I was replacing fat with muscle that actually weighs more, also. Not sure if it is the same case for you. I noticed my clothes fitting better before I noticed anything on the scale.

If Herbalife is making you feel bad, don't use it. You don't need diet products in order to lose weight. In fact, going that route is probably counterproductive to maintaining the weight loss, since it doesn't teach you new, healthier eating patterns.

Still havent lost anything. I'm barely going on a week Monday. I notice the engery level change and I still seem to be fighting headaches every night and was even up until 4am and back up again at 9am. Felt pretty horrible this morning. I decided to eat some toast with my shake this morning and have been feeling much better today. had a great workout as well. 3 miles in 26 minutes. If things dont start to change by my 30 day mark, i will definently stop the herbalife.

I tried Herbalife 4 years ago and had very little success myself. It wasn't until I learned the scientific Key to weight loss did I have any success. You Must Detoxify your body FIRST, as your toxins are stored in your body fat and you will struggle to lose that fat if you have many toxins. Then you must incorporate a low glycemic meal plan with moderate exercise. There is a program entitled The RESET Program that makes it very easy to do. I lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks 2 years ago and I haven't gained 1 ounce back! Let me know if you'd like more info on how to do it.
