I'm curious...the 'cabbage noodles' recipe...wouldn't the pasta sauce add more calories and carbs and sodium? i lovvvve cabbage, but with the pasta sauce, I'm afraid of the sodium. any responses?

What cabbage noodles recipe are you talking about?

Yes, adding sauces to dishes will add more nutrients to the dish. If you keep that in mind when you make your sauce, though, then you can create one that is lower in calories. You can also reduce the salt if sodium is a concern for you.
