What leg workouts can I do at home if I don't have access to a gym?
walking lunges and chair step ups. i often finish a workout by grabbing a couple 20 lb weights and doing 100 walking lunge steps. gives a good burn. :) i just seen my avatar. :( so skinny and white.

Exercises with an Out of Commission Ankle
Consider joining a fitness gym. There are machines that up your heart rate without putting weight on ankle. Rowing machine for one. Or a pool, if available for swimming.
