I love cooking,I love eating and I love exercising.I eat big protion,anything without thinking of the calories.this week ive lost 1.9 kg.the things is I'm cycling 16 miles of each working day,im working 5 days in a week and on my day off I do outdoor running.i love food.

I love cooking too! I expecially love that I can enjoy cooking and eat whilst still losing weight in a healthy way. Food can be such an enjoyable thing, and it makes me sad to see people struggling with it when it's possible to have a balance of both food/enjoyment and health.
