Do they have to be reviewed by a moderator first?
One of my forum posts got through immediately, but I can't get anything to go through since then!!!

I have the exact same problem with my replies on a group/my own thread.
Starting weight (27.02.13) : 116.8kg/258lbs
1st Goal Weight (19.06.13) : 100kg/220lbs
2nd Goal Weight (30.10.13) : 85kg/187lbs
Final Goal Weight (26.02.14) : 75kg/165lbs
Current Weight (13.03.13) : 114.1kg/252lbs
Total left to lose: 39.1kg/87lbs

How strange...I don't think I've ever had any delays with my replies appearing. Not that I've noticed, anyway.

Most people aren't moderated. But you can get yourself flagged automatically into moderation, then it can take a while for you to be unflagged again.

Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.
Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Don't reduce fats, or at least the healthy ones. Just get rid of processed/refined carbs, they are useless to your body anyway and are extra calories you don't need.
