How can I ask the site owners to add a notes section at the foot of the food diary?

There are so many suggestions I could make! Alas, I haven't seen much sign of this website being improved over the years. They did make a change to the app towards the end of last year, but it was a terrible update that resulted in many bugs and the app constantly crashing. Despite loads of people sending feedback begging them to fix it, nothing has been done. Sad

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
