How Often Do I Weigh?

Smile Mondays is a great weigh in day! It keeps you accountable during the weekend, I may just switch to Monday weigh ins myself.

Excellent idea. I do better if I weigh daily. It seems to make me more aware of my goal and less likely to cheat.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weight myself once per week. This works for me and I am not constantly worried about how much weight. I have been doing this for about 5 months.

Took more steps yesterday, but didn't burn as many calories???
