How Often Do I Weigh?

Smile Mondays is a great weigh in day! It keeps you accountable during the weekend, I may just switch to Monday weigh ins myself.

Excellent idea. I do better if I weigh daily. It seems to make me more aware of my goal and less likely to cheat.
