Hint: your problem wasn't that you were "bad" and need to be "good" instead. If you've picked a diet you can't stay on indefinitely, you should look for one that you can.

I know how that feels, I am at that spot too, but my kicker was my 3 year old son was snuggling with me, and rubbed my belly and said--Mama, you sooo soft...Aww I thought....then he asks: Mama--you got baby in here?? very earnestly...but it crushed me...that a 3 year old thinks I'm pregnant, that means everyone else probably does too. UGH.
We started Atkins the next week.
It feels horrible to have gotten this fat.
