Have eliminated all my trigger foods, and gave up bread, pasta, cakes, cookies for lent etc etc etc. Disappointed that I gained back last week's 2 pound loss. When I was on my regular diet, my weight stated stable! bummer.

Are you following the diet
Cut out the sugar alcohol (meaning the candy)
Follow the rules - so no cottage cheese, no carrots
that would probably help

Many people have no problem with their calorie intake, but others need to be aware of how much they are eating. It is definitely possible to overeat and keep yourself from losing weight because of it.
