Ok I think I'm back on track. I even started running when I have time. I found that I am an emotional eater. That is why I've been up and down so much lately in calorie intake...I think I'm good now...here we go again Smile

Do you eat in response to emotional triggers? That's what would suggest you might be an emotional eater.

After fights mostly. When I am really mad or really sad I tend to eat everything and anything. When I'm stressed I dont eat at all. I forget to eat because I have no appetite. I know none of this is healty. That's why this site has been good for me. Holds me accoutable for some reason.
