Ok I think I'm back on track. I even started running when I have time. I found that I am an emotional eater. That is why I've been up and down so much lately in calorie intake...I think I'm good we go again Smile

After fights mostly. When I am really mad or really sad I tend to eat everything and anything. When I'm stressed I dont eat at all. I forget to eat because I have no appetite. I know none of this is healty. That's why this site has been good for me. Holds me accoutable for some reason.
