Is anyone else having the same problem that I have. I am a night owl and not a breakfast person. I do not get hungery until around lunch time. I know that I have to change my eating habits and lifestyle. Help

What matters most is what works for you. I find that if I eat breakfast I put on weight. So I don't.

I'm with eKatherine lots of people will tell you you must eat it. If I do it makes me nauseous for hours. If I wait until I'm hungry then I'm fine.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Never make yourself eat when you don't want to!

You DO eat breakfast -- you have it around noon!

I agree with the other posters. If your breakfast time happens to be noon, then eat healthy then. If you are starving by then and eat too much, maybe eat something small before that time. You don't want to change your eating habits so much you can't stick with it. Good luck!!

Fit Bit
Can I wear my FitBit on my ankle instead of my wrist? It seems I'd get a more accurate read of steps I take. On my wrist it records my hand gestures when I'm sitting on the sofa and talking!;)
