Is anyone else having the same problem that I have. I am a night owl and not a breakfast person. I do not get hungery until around lunch time. I know that I have to change my eating habits and lifestyle. Help

What matters most is what works for you. I find that if I eat breakfast I put on weight. So I don't.

I'm with eKatherine lots of people will tell you you must eat it. If I do it makes me nauseous for hours. If I wait until I'm hungry then I'm fine.

I agree with the other posters. If your breakfast time happens to be noon, then eat healthy then. If you are starving by then and eat too much, maybe eat something small before that time. You don't want to change your eating habits so much you can't stick with it. Good luck!!
