Since today is Day 1 ~ Weighing in at 182lbs. I'm going to shoot for Monday's & Friday's. Here we go! Smile

Smile Mondays is a great weigh in day! It keeps you accountable during the weekend, I may just switch to Monday weigh ins myself.
Stop wishing. Start doing.

Cecyo - I think that is a great idea. Weighing on Monday would really keep you on your toes on those pesky weekends. Thanks a great idea!

Excellent idea. I do better if I weigh daily. It seems to make me more aware of my goal and less likely to cheat.
