when is the best time of day to weigh in? Question

For me: once a week (Monday), first thing in the morning, after urination, befor eating or drinking, naked. Sorry if that's more info than you wanted! LOL

I find it gives me that most consistant way to know my actual weight. If I weigh at all different times, after eating, can I get a true marker to work from? Too much variation that way.

The answer should just be whatever consistent time you can do whether its once a week or everyday so long as its roughly the same time. Mine is every morning about 8am after coffee loo and shower as its not going to matter a great heap if i get up go to loo then weigh.

LOL Raven Smile I agree with both, find a consistent time of day. I do first thing in the morning as well before food/drink. But I think consistency on what you do before/after if you eat or not, that's probably the best way to compare apples to apples.
