I gave into my surroundings today because of the weather rain, gloomy,
cold... I ate everything but the right thing. Didn't count calories, did not
prepare meals. I did not.journal food, didn't exercise. I allowed my day to
be caught up in how I was feeling along with the weather.
My subconscious mind made me post my day, and helped me
realize if I had used my fatsecret tools I would have stayed on track not
strayed away from my diet or benged out.
