I've survived several plateaus now, and the best advice I can give is to experiment with making small changes to see if that just sets things back on the right track again.
For example, one time I found that by *increasing* my calories by 100cal actually kick started my body into losing weight again. I guess I must have been under eating!
Another time I deliberately maintained for a couple of weeks before trying to lose more, and that worked. It was almost as if my body just wanted a little break to recoup.
I figure a plateau is just your body's way to trying to tell you that you need to change it up a bit. A little variety goes a long way
