Protein and carbs

Is eating to much protein and not enough carbs be the cause of me not losing weight or just being at a stand still?

You are on the Atkins diet?
I don't see you entering foods so I cannot really say for sure

But it is too much protein and too few carbs are usually not the issue
Usually the issue is eating too much wrong carbs, too little veggies, too little fat and too much sugar or sweeteners.

I know I should post everyday but I just forget. Just like I forget to eat, cause I am not hungry. But when I do eat I eat fish or chicken with salad, have my shakes (Atkins) in the morning or I make me a frappe with them and that lasts me all day. When I do remember to eat its way to late to have dinner so I just eat a snack. I feel myself losing inches, but can't see it on the scale.

Atkins shakes are considered stallers. Many people cannot lose weight having them or the Atkins bars.

try to eat whole foods and real foods most of the time. It works better

It is also good to measure inches to have a clear idea what is going on. Sometimes we may see inches without numbers on the scale.
