I really messed up...I went over my daily intake
271calories ..I planned my menu too the count.
I binged...after all I did to keep me from going
over my RDI...i re a lly messed up i really did
placing doubt I'm not gonna make it....WOW..
WWJD?.. He would get up brush himself off
ask God for forgiveness, forgive himself and
try it again..until He gets it will WWJD

Thanks, Jenny, it's hard to reconcile for some folks but carbs aren't healthy, they sure might taste good, but not worth the insulin roller coaster they put a person's body on!

I make low carb shakes with cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla, and stevia. Whip up in the blender with ice cubes til slushy. Yum! and low carb low cal.

Any activity trackers that sync with FatSecret?
I'm debating on buying a FitBit Charge HR or a Jawbone Up3. I wish there was a tracker which would feed the activity to my FatSecret.

I've been making entries to weight on a weekly schedule and I have missed some. However, the last oh 4-6 entries are not showing up. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am going to try and enter them ...

Eating so little will put your body into starvation mode. And that's not good - long term you could get ill, you need to eat a sensible amount for your weight.
