I really messed up...I went over my daily intake
271calories ..I planned my menu too the count.
I binged...after all I did to keep me from going
over my RDI...i really messed up i really did
placing doubt in myself asking will i make it...
WOW..WWJD?.. He would get up brush himself off
ask God for forgiveness, forgive himself and
try it again..until He gets it right... and I will.

You can not place pressures on yourself to be on target every day with your caloric intake. Do not punish yourself just note what you did and do better the next day. Keep up the good work!!
