Today is my husbands birthday, so we had fried food and lemon cake. I did really well by not eating but a little of everything. I am so tired of the slow weight loss. I am just trying to be thankful for the one pound I did lose.

There is no way to efficiently lose weight fast. It's a slow process. The trick is to find a weight loss journey that you can live with for a longer time, and maybe for the rest of your life? If you find your system too hard, maybe you're not doing the right one?

slow go
September was a rough start...exercise is going great, just need to really get going on the diet part now. I pray that October will be better as far as dieting (life style changes) goes.

Snack Attack
I found eating a granny green apple and a cheese stick works for me. I just want something to crunch on and because out of bad habit & being bored I eat.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
