Today is my husbands birthday, so we had fried food and lemon cake. I did really well by not eating but a little of everything. I am so tired of the slow weight loss. I am just trying to be thankful for the one pound I did lose.

There is no way to efficiently lose weight fast. It's a slow process. The trick is to find a weight loss journey that you can live with for a longer time, and maybe for the rest of your life? If you find your system too hard, maybe you're not doing the right one?

I agree supplements are a better option but I would STAY AWAY from anything promoted by Dr. Oz....He is part of the reason supplements have such a bad reputation these days...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
