Am I converting this right? I want to make a pot of chili, so I added the total Oz of all the ingredients and divided it to get an individual serving. Then I separately added the total calories of all ingredients and divided that per serving as above to get a final calorie total. Does that sound like a sound way to figure the per serving caloric counts, or am I WAY off?

If you add the recipe to your cookbook, it will do all the arithmetic for you.
