just wondering if anyone can tell me, if I'm making a hot dish with multiple ingred in it, how do find out how many cals per serving it would be. Thanks from the newbieRolling Eyes

It's a little laborious but it makes me more aware of the food/nutritional breakdown of my cooking - gives me a better build to the mental database I'm working on to eventually cook intuitively.

I start with entering every ingredient as a 'meal' then get the totals and enter it as a 'food' then add it to my diary per how many total servings I consume of the 'whole'.

I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.
