Is anyone else doing Dr. Ian Smith's SHRED Diet? I started it 3 weeks ago and have lost 15 pounds. I'm doing well with the changing my eating habit portion of it but struggling with the exercising portion (fitting it into my schedule - poor excuse I'm sure). I do attempt to walk at lunch but when the temps drop to 30 degrees, it's not very motivating to want to go outside of the warm office.

If anyone else is doing this diet, or some other diet, would you mind sharing some exercise tips with me? I'd really like to start incorporating that into my schedule. Thanks in advance!

with you having your food journal set to private, nobody can have a look to possibly see where you may be going wrong..... also, if you aren't losing on the scales try using the tape measure, sounds ...
