please help,how do you delete the resting calories and change the sleeping calories,, all it can do is go in and it swaps it for resting or sleeping or visa-versa, i could delete them if i knew how,,does any one know how to do this

I don't think you can? Maybe I'm wrong, but you have to have 24 hours accounted for. The fewest default calories would be 24 hours of sleeping. Anytime you want to add exercise or some activity, you choose what you want to replace it with...
