Goal to lose this week

I am increasing my walking, paying close attention to what I am eating and tracking, tracking, tracking. I am eating all my food within the 8 hour window 5 days this week. I hope to see the numbers move just a little bit more this week. Rolling Eyes

New food
I was able to create my own recipe once. Now when I try to create one it doesn't register it. Any suggestions.
