Fat Secret is hands down the best diet app on WP. I hate to think that this app has been abandoned by it's devs and will not be updated to fix the weight tracker issues. Anyone know if there are plans to ever fix it?

I've got WP7 and my weight tracker doesn't crash. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Yeah.... I had actually uninstalled it for a long time, and thought about it today and reinstalled it to see if it still crashed. It does. On the one hand, I would think it must be my phone, but on the other hand, the reviews in the marketplace are filled with people having the same issue.

Hi, i recently had the same problem, although I had Mango already prior to the "weight tracker" crash.

After trying some things like uninstaling and reinstalling without solution, i went to the website and submitted a "weigh-in" from there. Now my WP7 app doesn't crash anymore, the weight tracker works again.

It seems that after waiting to long to "weigh in", the wp7 app "weigh in" crashes. Can be something else too, off course.

The app reviews are still riddled with complaints of the weight tracker crashing the app. Entering a weigh-in here on the site fixed it for me as well. I haven't weighed in since July 2012, but I'd been weighing in regular until it started crashing well before then, so I'm frankly not convinced "waiting too long" is the problem. Either way, I'm glad it works for me now and thanks for the tip.

Yep. This. "It may have something to do with password strength? I changed my password to what would be considered weak and I am logged in now."

Perhaps it is a matter of some math. First you need to know your RDI. This is the number of calories you need to stay at the weight you are at. This program will do that for you or google RDI. Then know ...

This program works well for syncing other fitness apps with each other. https://play.google.com/store/... If only it worked with Fat Secret.
