What about the green coffe bean extract?

I was thinking about looking into these two extracts,but I wanted to see if anyone else had heard of them and if they have any suggestions.

I think these are all a ripoff. Some have no effect, some may even be harmful. But even at best, they only work in conjunction with a diet, and the effects end as soon as you stop taking them.

All the calorie burns for each FS activity are averages and estimates. Some of the estimates are more accurate than others, but some are not, especially when there is no factoring in different efforts ...
