I'm going to run 4 miles, then when I get home I'll do about 30 minutes of Pilates.

I went on the elliptical before work for about 45 minutes (ran yesterday!), and then lifted for about 15 before showering to go to work. Hit my personal best of 440 for a leg press today!

After work I'm hoping to make it to a Body Combat class at my gym today. I've never been and I want to try it out Smile

I walked in slushy slop! Did some house cleaning, and going to end the evening with some crafting! Smile

I am running (well jogging or wogging) for my 6K and then walking to work and back because it is such a nice day here
