I went on the elliptical before work for about 45 minutes (ran yesterday!), and then lifted for about 15 before showering to go to work. Hit my personal best of 440 for a leg press today!
After work I'm hoping to make it to a Body Combat class at my gym today. I've never been and I want to try it out
