I'm really frustrated 4 days ago I weighed 368 today I weigh 370 can't figure it out,been tracking calories closely never over 2200 calories . HELP

Most likely water retention. Frustrating but happens to everybody. You should really only look at the overall trend over a few week, and do not pay attention to minor ups and downs.

Salt could be the culprit.

From a medical perspective, 2 grams per day (2,000mg) is considered a low sodium diet. Most heart/high blood pressure/renal patients are on a 1g or 2g diet.

I recently read that the average american takes in about 4g per day.

We all have those weeks, mine went up two lbs as well...look back at what you ate and modify it Smile
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs

just stop weighing so often. If you are tracking consistently your calories eaten and burnt just weigh in every few weeks and use a fat analyser to check your fat loss trend rather than just your weight.

your salt is high. around 3000-4000 at times. Keep loging your food, I notices you have things like dressed potato, mashed potato, do you really know what is in your food? Just a thought. You could be underestimating what you are eating? If you choose healthier foods, your salt will go down as well. Good luck, i know it is frustruating and soo hard. You are on a roll logging your food. Good work!

I looked at your food journal and have a few thoughts---first, dump the wheat (it makes many people inflammed and many think it makes us all fat), second, get rid of the high-glacemic foods (sugar, white foods, potatoes/starches), they raise your insulin levels which tells your body to pack on more fat (it also messes with leptin and other hormones in your body which again make us all put on more fat). Third, get fat but better fats (olive oil, coconut oil, avacado, fish). Fourth, consumer protein at every meal, protein tells the body you are full. Just my 2 cents Smile Good luck!
