I find weighing myself daily keeps me on track and accountable
. I don't do well with surprises. I've found when I weigh in weekly it's too easy to get off track.

Just switched from daily to weekly, but think its totally personal preference. I was finding my mood & eating became too dependent on the # on the scale, & that I feel & eat better just checking weekly.

daily. more data is a good thing as it makes a more accurate trend graph. just don't mind the daily ups and downs
dx w/inoperable brain tumor 9/12, so nutrition is vital. Dedicated to slaying this beast.

Every time I go to the gym which is every day. I don't own a scale. But I'm weighing myself for this journal every day so I'm more conscious of it. Usually I don't bother though.

Why should you weigh yourself?
