I'm amazed as to how the weight just seems to be steadily dropping week after week. I've actually become more strict with myself - because if I don't, Im only cheating myself. Happy seeing the results already but I can't believe how overweight I was - according to this. My biggest sin was eating Dorito's and dip - which I could get through the whole large bag and pot of dip in one go.
I'm also finding that the sleep I'm getting is far more replenishing an not waking up so tired in the mornings anymore.
How about everyone else?
