Check out the other topics in the forums if they interest you, reply if you like, use your journal to network and meet other buddies, join a challenge, find a group of people with similar goals/mindsets.... there are a lot of different options! Welcome! At the top of the page, click on the tab called RECIPES, then on the right side scroll down to DIET & NUTRITION and click on the button called Gluten Free.

I'm Back
I used to eat fried fish with tartar sauce. Now I bake my fish and then add either lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to punch up the flavor, which saves a bunch of calories.
