the only thing that works is you putting effort into anything you do

it could be running, weights, dancing, cycling, aerobics etc etc

if you put the effort in you will burn calories and it will work as long as you are eating in a deficit, if you dont NOTHING will work.

I tyically do leg raises, standard situps, crunches, and try to incorperate the abs into my chinups/pullups.
