Has any one tried Kettlercise?? does it work? just before I add it to the pile of things that dont?

the only thing that works is you putting effort into anything you do

it could be running, weights, dancing, cycling, aerobics etc etc

if you put the effort in you will burn calories and it will work as long as you are eating in a deficit, if you dont NOTHING will work.

No magic bullet just hard work
