1) You can set your "default exercises" in the exercise calendar. If you usually do an hour on the elliptical on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, you can set your calendar to automatically put that in on those days, and then adjust accordingly from there if you miss a day or add a day or something.
Otherwise, in the "other" category, mine does "remember" my activities. I only have to type in "C" and "Cross Country Skiing" pops up. I think it's pretty user-friendly...
2) Just type in the distance in your Exercise Description. For example, I'll write "Treadmill, 3 miles" and then put in my time.
Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
