I have got some 1000mg capsules and wonder if they are ok on keto diet. Also are vegan multivitamins good or bad ?

I do the Atkins diet and not keto diet (although the Atkins diet is probably a keto diet of sorts)
but I do rarely think it is necessary to eat oil in capsules. You just add oils to foods. It is important to lessen the impact of carbs on your bloodsugar by adding generous amounts of fat (unless you are selecting fatty pieces of protein)
The only oil I would take in capsules would be fish oil as it has a high amount of DHA that is may be difficult to get naturally sometimes.
What are vegan mulitivitamins?
is that just vitamins where no animal sources are added (in the gelatin stuff) in which case I do not see a problem.
But if it is a vitamin that is composed of vitamins for someone who do not normally eat animal products - that may not be what you require right now.
I rarely see any need to take a lot of vitamins. I keep an eye on some minerals that may be important for low carbers
I do some D vitamin in the winter.

Thanks Liv. I got them as I feel terrible at the moment and thought it was the diet however I think I have picked up a cold virus on top (going round at work) so I thought I may need extra vitamins. I will leave them for now don't want to mess up my diet which I think is going very well. At least my clothes think so !

Hope you feel better soon.
Did you go through that change into ketosis?
On the Atkins diet we call it the Atkins flu
It is just that transitioning into more effective ketosis burning as your glucose reserves are running dry.
You may feel somewhat groggy as this is happeneing

Salad dressing
Your best bet is to make your own if you can. I haven't been able to find a store bought one without a bunch of sugar and additives, but maybe someone else has.
