Imagine you placed a "Help wanted" sign on your forehead. What type of help would you actually be seeking? I am learning, that it is okay to "seek" for help, or support , when you are a facing a new and difficult challenge in your life. It is also okay to look to others, maybe a close friend or family member for guidance along the way. What's most important is that you must first "Seek out" your own motivation. Figure out what drives you. Why you want to change, and what you are "seeking" in the rewards of all your hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. A better, healthier, life and a stronger, more driven, lets not forget to mention, thinner me. By recognizing my own atributes, I discovered I was already equipped, and had the most important thing I needed....inspiration to reach my weightloss goals. I am determined!!! This week will be my second visit to Stein Medical Weight Loss. I am looking foward to recieving the helpful guidance and knowledge of the staff and Dr. Wish me luck!!

Your post sounds like you are definatley on the right path. Feeling healthy is not just physical but emotional health as well.
Asking for help/guidance is not a weakness but a strength.
Good luck and best wishes on your journey.
