i am with ww but it is to much money i thought the meetings would motivate but they did not starved myself till weigh in then went and had red rooster i did loss a bit but i have a sweet tooth at night

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
