Hello everyone. I am reaching out after reading several posts last night. I guess utilizing this tool all of this time and I didnt realize the forum aspect of it.
I am needing help with my carp and fat intake. Looking at some comments on here, I feel that my carb and fat intake is quite high. I attempt to exercise (run) 4-5 days a week and eat at most 1200 calories a day, that is what finally got the weight off. Though I have been able to keep my calorie count in range and eat relatively healthy, I see that my carbs and fat is high. I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every single day, oatmeal, yogurt, banana and salad. I eat popcorn for lunch. The only deviation in my diet is dinner.
