I am officially in ketosis, my breath smells sweet and I have been suddenly hit with flu like symptoms. I am adding more salt to my diet and taking magnesium citrate. Hope it won't last too long Confused

Thanks guys. I still feel better than I have in years apart from these symptoms so I am totally focused on this way of eating. Oh btw I forgot to mention I haven't had a bowel movement for 3 days, should I worry, is it time for laxatives ?

Patience
The stomach adjusts
It is very natuaral for this pause because your insides were uses to deal with all the extras taht comes with eating high carb
Now it will adjust nicely to eating less but there way be a little bit of time where there is a pause
Make sure that you choose veggies with fiber and that you do not skimp on induction veggies
High fat is a natural laxative so it will keep it going
don\t get all your fat from cheese - for people without a problem to lactose - cheese can cause constipation

Of course if you get uncomfortable then you may have to think about it
