Your exercise calories for each day should show the number of calories you burn being alive based on the weight you record. By default it is broken into 16 hours of resting and 8 hours of sleeping. As you record physical exercise you need to replace the time for resting with the time exercising.

weigh-in glitch

I tried that Adkins diet too but it confused me completely. I have a few friends from work that did it and did well. Lots of green veggies whatever kind of meat you want even tuna salad just no sweet ...
