I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on any wii dance dvd's? What worked and was fun at the same time? If anyone has done this to exercise, please share if you needed the board or just the game.

I'm in my 50's and to attempt to do PF90 or anything that intense would kill me. I am curious as to what diet program worked the best too.

I suggest going on you tube and u can find many videos for free, I just found 12 Just Dance Wii videos Smile now I don't have to buy them. I have also found some walking video work outs, good for these winter months along with cardio work outs ...explore You Tube, endless possibilities.
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs

Agree regarding the Just Dance games for the Wii, they are all very good and have a broad range of difficulty and speeds. So for someone with two left feet and the rhythm of a rock like me, they are worthwhile investing in!
I'm not biased about Newcastle, I don't mind who beats them...

I didn't try Wii, but my experience with Xbox Kinekt was terrifying.. my heart was beating like crazy! But i am not sure its a good fat loss idea! i am not sure i will try it again!

I really like the just dance games for the wii. I like the real thing too, not from youtube. I like to see my score and try to improve, it gives me modivation and positive feedback for my efforts.
To answer your questions, Just Dance doesn't use a board. Just the disc and the wii remote.Smile

I have a number of wii games that I use every day "wii fit" "zumba this one comes with a belt to put controller in" "biggest loser for the wii" step arobics and cardio kickboxing this one you need to have a balance board for. Just a few examples for you.

I have buy the Walking Style IV step counter which give me Action Mode,3D Sensor,Daily Steps,7 days memory etc. Which Fitness Finder will gave my 10000 steps and the kcal?:?:
