217.7 How the hell did this happen to me???? Most of my life, normal, active, no problems. Now, overweight, breathing not as good as it should be. Small children following me around in the summer for shade. I went from a body to die for to a body you see naked and want to die. BUT!!!! gonna change it. Put a pool in last year, and this year, I AM!!! Not I want or I wish, I AM going to go in WITHOUT a shirt on. (Didn't want to scare the neighbors last year) So begins my adventure into the world of diets, weight lose and reborn to a new and better me. Wish me luck Smile

How it happened is weight gain creeps up slowly on us, while we get so used to seeing ourselves in the mirror we may not recognize how unsightly we have become.

I am new to posts. But, if I am reading you loss correctly at 46lbs I would say you have a lot to be happy about! I am impressed with your determination and effort.

As eKatherine already said we don't always see it simply because we see ourselves every day. So it's all too easy!!!

42" jeans(25/01/2013) 40"(28/02/2013) 38"(20/03/2013) 36"(25/05/2013)
Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Onwards and Downwards! Smile
