Small children following me around in the summer for shade. I went from a body to die for to a body you see naked and want to die. BUT!!!! gonna change it. Put a pool in last year, and this year, I AM!!! Not I want or I wish, I AM going to go in WITHOUT a shirt on. (Didn't want to scare the neighbors last year) So begins my adventure into the world of diets, weight lose and reborn to a new and better me. Wish me luck Smile

Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Good luck. These things are habits, get entrenched and give you a simple fix for energy. But they are just habits and you can substitute in better ones over. Best of luck!
